The manse is a modern (1968) detached house set in an extensive modern housing estate (originally a council estate) close to the center of Stonehouse. It has gas central heating.
Hall, cloakroom and toilet, Lounge (15ft 10 ins x 12ft 10 ins), Dining room (11.9 x 8.6), Study (11.4 x 9.4), Kitchen (12.3 x 9.2), Detached Garage(27 x 27)
4 bedrooms , I (11.4 x 9.4),11(12.10 x 12.6), III (11 x 8.6), IV (8.6 x 7), Bathroom.
There is a medium sized back garden mostly to lawn, in good maintenance.
The manse is next to Stonehouse Church. Shops and schools are in walking distance - about half a mile at the most. The Stroud Hospital is about 3 miles away. There is a petrol station not far away.
Since the manse is not required by the present staff, it is being let on short leases. It will be available for an incoming minister in 2005 if needed.
